Writ granted. Revocation of probation set aside because defendant's conviction is not final. La.C.Cr.P. Art. 901.

BLANCHE, J., concurs and would remand in order to give the state the opportunity to prove the underlying criminal conduct alleged to be in violation of relator's probation.
