STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. John Delroy YOUNG, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Black Hawk County, Todd A. Geer (plea) and Andrea J. Dryer (trial), Judges. John Young appeals his conviction for third-degree burglary, contending the district court and his trial counsel should have questioned his competency and a hearing on the matter should have been held.
