Applicant John Clary seeks review of that portion of the July 10, 2023, "Ruling" of the trial court which denied his motion to quash Count 16 of the amended indictment, charging him with obstruction of justice in violation of La. R.S. 14:130.1. On the showing made, this writ is hereby denied.
