ORDER
This matter having come before the Court on non-party victim E.A.’s application for emergent relief filed pursuant to Rule 2:9-8, seeking, among other forms of relief, leave to appeal from an order of the trial court entered August 24, 2023, which dismissed the victim's emergent motion for a detention hearing in the above-captioned matter; and
A single justice of the Court having referred the application to the full Court for its consideration; and
The Court having reviewed the application and the record in this matter;
It is ORDERED that leave to appeal is granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the victim shall serve and file an appellant's brief on or before October 11, 2023; the State and defendant shall serve and file respondent's briefs on or before November 13, 2023; and the victim shall serve and file a reply brief on or before November 27, 2023; and it is further ORDERED that should any entity wish to appear as amicus curiae, such entity shall serve and file its motion for leave to appear, and its proposed amicus curiae brief, on or before November 27, 2023. The parties may serve and file answers to any motions for leave to appear, together with responses to the amicus curiae briefs on the merits, on or before December 18, 2023.
