ORDER

Defendant's petition for discretionary review and motion in the alternative to remand are decided as follows: The Court allows defendant's petition for the limited purpose of remanding this case to the Court of Appeals for further consideration in light of this Court's decision in State v. Golder, ––– N.C. ––––, 839 S.E.2d 782 (2020). Defendant's motion to amend his petition for discretionary review is dismissed as moot.
