RODD NAQUIN
CLERK OF COURT In Re: George Wright, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 08-14-0118. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., GUIDRY AND McCLENDON, JJ.
WRIT GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The district court is ordered to proceed toward disposition of relator's motion for production of documents and "motion for petition the court for review of judgment," filed November 7, 2016, if it has not already done so. It is not clear from the district court's minutes if the court ruled on the "motion for petition the court for review of judgment." As it concerns relator's motion to reconsider sentence, the writ application is denied. The records of the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk's Office reflect that on January 13, 2017, the district court ruled on relator's motion to reconsider sentence.
