PER CURIAM

Appellant The State of Texas has filed a motion to seal. Based on the trial court's order to seal the parties' trial briefs and court's findings of fact, the State asks this Court to issue an order as to whether appellate briefs should be sealed or not. Without ruling on the motion, this Court directs the parties to file their briefs in paper form and subject to the State's motion to seal.

It is ordered on February 18, 2016. Before Justices Puryear, Goodwin, and Field Do Not Publish
