In re: Austin B. Wise applying for Certiorari, or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit; Fourteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of Calcasieu.


Denied. The motion for extension of time to file came too late.

WATSON, J., concurs being of the opinion that defendant's conviction is final; any relief to which he may be entitled can be sought only by way of post conviction remedy.

MARCUS, J., concurs for reasons assigned by WATSON, J.
