WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. In State v. Wilson, 2013-0581 (La. App. 1st Cir. 3/25/13) (unpublished), this Court gave relator until July 1, 2013 to file a new writ application. Relator filed the writ application on July 10, 2013. Relator failed to provide an explanation for the delay.
