STATE OF LOUISIANA v. XAVIER WILSON

BEFORE: PARRO, GUIDRY, AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The trial court's ruling denying the state's motion to enforce the provisions of La. Code Crim. P. art. 334.3 is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the trial court for a contradictory hearing in accordance with the provisions set forth in Article 334. 3. Under La. Code Crim. P. art. 334.3(A)(4), a contradictory hearing must be held in the presence of the surety or its representative who consents to the bail obligation.
