Opinion

Nos. 20090203, 20090204.

Decided December 15, 2009.

Appeal from the District Court of Ward County, Northwest Judicial District, the Honorable Gary H. Lee, Judge.

AFFIRMED.

Bradford A. Peterson, Assistant State's Attorney, State's Attorneys' Office, Ward County Courthouse, 315 3rd St. SE, Minot, ND 58701, for plaintiff and appellee; submitted on brief.

Mark T. Blumer, 341 Central Avenue North, Suite 3, P.O. Box 475, Valley City, ND 58072; submitted on brief.

[¶ 1] W.J. Wilson, Jr. appeals from district court judgments entered after a jury found him guilty of reckless endangerment and fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer. On appeal, Wilson argues there was insufficient evidence for a jury to find him guilty of the crimes. We conclude sufficient evidence exists to support the verdicts and summarily affirm the judgments under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
