STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Robert Eugene WILSON, II, Appellant.

Katharine P. curry, Columbia for appellant. Robert J. Bartholomew, Jr., Jefferson City for respondent.

Katharine P. curry, Columbia for appellant.

Robert J. Bartholomew, Jr., Jefferson City for respondent.

Before Division Three: Lisa White Hardwick, P.J., and Thomas H. Newton and Alok Ahuja, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Boone County, Robert Wilson was convicted of domestic assault in the first degree. The circuit court found Wilson to be a prior offender, and sentenced him to twenty-five years’ imprisonment. Wilson appeals. He argues that the circuit court plainly erred by not dismissing the case on its own motion because his constitutional right to a speedy trial was violated. Wilson also argues that the circuit court erred by permitting the State to elicit testimony that he was unemployed while he was living with the victim. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
