In Re: David L. Williams, Sr., applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 06-13-0241. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD, AND CALLOWAY, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The district court is instructed to proceed toward disposition of relator's Motion to Quash, filed October 17, 2016 and provide this Court a copy of the ruling by March 30, 2017.
