The Opinion of the court, filed on February 29, 2016, is hereby corrected as follows:
1. On Page 1, in the caption, "CASE NO. 12-1-0425" should be replaced with "CR. NO. 12-1-0425".
2. On Page 4, in the second line, "William's" should be replaced with "Williams'" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . Williams' friend."
3. On Page 10, in the seventh line, "1.e." should be replaced with "1.g." so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . and 1.g. ("[Quindt] did the crime . . . ."
4. On Page 12, in the fourth line, the word "the" should be inserted between "of" and "charged" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . date of the charged incident, . . . ."
5. On Page 14, in the seventh line of the second paragraph under Section B., the word "the" should be inserted between "of" and "three" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . one of the three males . . . ."
6. On Page 16, in the sixth line under Section V., the word "he" should be inserted before "described" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . and he described Quindt as . . . ."
7. On Page 19, in the fourth line of the second full paragraph, "William" should be replaced with "Williams" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . confronted Williams with information . . . ."
8. On Page 20, in the third line under Section VI., the word "Amended" should be inserted between "its" and "Judgment" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . filed its Amended Judgment on . . . ."
9. On Page 20, in the fourth line under Section I., "self defense" should be replaced with "self-defense" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . claim of self-defense . . . ."
10. On Page 26, in the thirteenth line of footnote 8, the word "his" should be inserted between "of" and "exoneration" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . evidence of his exoneration was not . . . ."
11. On Page 31, in the last line of text in the Opinion, the word "Amended" should be inserted between "Court's" and "Judgment" so that as corrected, the text reads: " . . . the Circuit Court's Amended Judgment."
The clerk of the court is directed to take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
