       ORDER DISMISSING PETITION

       Upon receipt of the defendant's petition for review of the Order of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, dated June 18, 1987:

       Pursuant to Rule 21(e), North Carolina Rules of Appellate Procedure, a petition to this Court to review the decision of the Court of Appeals relating to this matter is not allowed. The petition is, therefore, dismissed. The decision of the Court of Appeals is undisturbed.
