STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Travis Dewayne WILLET, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Scott County, Mark D. Cleve. Travis Dewayne Willett appeals his conviction for the crime of operating while intoxicated third offense, in violation of Iowa Code sections 321J.2(5), 321 J.2(2)(c) and 321 J.21 (2011). AFFIRMED.
