Memo


This memorandum is to advise all companies responsible for publishing opinions from the Second Circuit Court of Appeal, State of Louisiana, that the attached opinion, No. 45,915-KA, State of Louisiana v. Raffaelous Jechania White, replaces the previous opinion rendered on February 2, 2011, in its entirety, with the following correction.

On page 6, line 22 in Footnote 11 : The word " be" has been inserted after the word "cannot" in the sentence. The sentence should and now does read:

The lack of violence cannot be the main reason for declaring such a sentence excessive.

This correction does not in any manner change the substance of the opinion.
