Reversed and remanded by unpublished per curiam opinion.


Brian White appeals his conviction of one count of first degree criminal impersonation under RCW 9A.60.040(1)(a).

The State has conceded error under the facts of this case and asked that we remand the matter for a new trial. We accept the concession of error.

Reversed and remanded.
