STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DERRANCE WHITE

In Re: Derrance White, applying for supervisory writs, 18th Judicial District Court, Parish of West Baton Rouge, No. 072054. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The district court record reflects that the district court acted on relator's request for production of the transcripts of the grand jury venire, the grand jury selection, and the hearing held on the motion for production of documents. The record further reflects that on September 11, 2014, the district court denied relator's application for postconviction relief. Insofar as relator seeks mandamus relief for the transcript of the grand jury proceedings, the district court record does not reflect that the grand jury proceedings were recorded.
