APPEAL, from a municipal court order of forfeiture of an automobile used in the illegal transportation of spirituous liquor and agreed to be worth $99. Transferred by Matthews, J., on the state's exception to the grant of the claimant's motion for a jury trial.

The exception is without merit. P. L., c. 372, ss. 7, 9.
