STATE OF LOUISIANA v. CORNEILOUS WHEELER

In Re: Corneilous Wheeler, applying for supervisory writs, 16th Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Mary, No. 08-CR-177417. BEFORE: WELCH, CRAIN, AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The holdings in Trevino v. Thaler, ___ U.S. ___, 133 S.Ct. 1911, 185 L.Ed.2d 1044 (2013), and Martinez v. Ryan, ___ U.S. ___, 132 S.Ct. 1309, 182 L.Ed.2d 272 (2012), do not create any right enforceable in state criminal postconviction proceedings. Accordingly, the district court did not err in denying relator's Writ of Error Coram Nobis. See La. Code Crim. P. art. 930.8A; State v. Deloch, 2013-1975 (La. 5/16/14), 140 So.3d 1167. See also La. Code Crim. P. art. 930.4D.
