Infractions complaint charging the defendant with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Litchfield, geographical area number eighteen, and tried to the court, Gaffney, J.; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

Anita Wheeler, pro se, the appellant (defendant).
