STATE OF LOUISIANA v. NAOMI WHEAT


In Re: Naomi Wheat, applying for supervisory writs, 20th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Feliciana, No. 12-CR-507.

BEFORE: KUHN, PETTI GREW AND WELCH, JJ.

WRIT DENIED IN PART AND DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE IN PART. Relator failed to include the Boykin colloquy relied upon by the trial court in its order denying the application for postconviction relief. Accordingly, we are unable to review the trial court's ruling on claims three and four of the application. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event relator elects to file a new application with this Court, the application must be filed on or before December 30, 2014. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of this application, the missing items noted above, any other pertinent documents from the district court record, and a copy of this ruling. In all other respects, this writ application is denied.
