In re Johnnie S. Wheat, applying for remedial writs. Parish of East Baton Rouge. No. 8-80-331.


Writ granted. The defendant's conviction and sentence are reversed and the defendant is discharged. There is no evidence from which a trier of fact could find beyond a reasonable doubt that the sale occurred within a jurisdiction in which it was illegal.
