Before Division Two: Karen King Mitchell, Presiding Judge, and Anthony Rex Gabbert and W. Douglas Thomson, Judges

Order

Per Curiam:

Teresa Dawn Colby Weter appeals, following a bench trial, her conviction of the class A felony of first-degree robbery, § 569.020, the class A felony of first-degree assault, § 565.050, and the class B felony of kidnapping, § 565.110, for which she received three twelve-year sentences to run concurrently. Teresa raises a single claim on appeal; she argues that the trial court abused its discretion in overruling defense counsel's objections to testimony about a prior, uncharged burglary. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
