In Re: John M. Warrick, applying for supervisory writs, 16th Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Mary, No. 2011-187162. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.
WRIT GRANTED for the sole purpose of transferring the writ application to the district court for enforcement of its order of August 23, 2018, wherein it granted relator's "Motion for Copy of Verbatim Transcripts of Boykin Examination, Guilty Plea and Sentencing Hearing" ordering that relator be provided with a transcript of the Boykin, guilty plea, and sentencing. See State ex rel. Jackson v. State, 2004-0354 (La. 3/12/04), 869 So.2d 803.
