Amended information charging the defendant with two counts of the crime of sexual assault in the fourth degree and four counts of the crime of risk of injury to a child, and with the crimes of sexual assault in the first degree and attempt to commit sexual assault in the first degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the jury before Mullarkey, J.; verdict of guilty; thereafter, the court granted the defendant's motion for judgment of acquittal of one count of the crime of risk of injury to a child and rendered judgment of guilty on the remaining counts, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
