Upon consideration of Appellant's motion to supplement the record and stay the briefing schedule, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following transcript shall be prepared and placed in this cause number's file no later than 30 days from the date of this Order: 09/13/2021 Motion Hearing (Taber)

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the briefing schedule is STAYED pending filing of the transcript. Upon filing of the transcript, Appellant shall have thirty (30) days in which to prepare, file, and serve his opening brief on appeal. The Clerk of Court shall serve a copy this Order on Deidre Taber, Official Court Reporter for the Tenth Judicial District.
