       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was indicted, tried before court and jury and convicted of the crime of burglary as defined by sections 708.1 and 708.3, Code 1962, I.C.A. He was sentenced to an indeterminate term not to exceed 20 years in the state penitentiary at Fort Madison and to pay the costs of the action. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
