Information charging the defendant with the crimes of negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle and reckless driving, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, geographical area number six, and tried to the jury before Clark, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle and reckless driving, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
