The Court GRANTS the State's Motion to Forward to the Court of Appeals a Sealed Court Document.
Therefore, the Court ORDERS the District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas, to prepare a sealed supplemental clerk's record containing the "State's Second Motion to Recuse the Honorable Judge Sam Medrano" which was filed on or about December 12, 2014. The supplemental clerk's record is due with this Court on or before December 10, 2015.
