       PER CURIAM.

       This appeal comes before this court for review on a clerk's transcript. The defendant was charged with the crime of assault and battery in the Municipal Court of Sioux City, Iowa. He entered a plea of not guilty. Upon trial to the court he was found guilty as charged and was ordered to pay a fine of $50 and the costs of the action, and in default of payment of the fine, the defendant was ordered committed to the county jail of Woodbury County for a period of 15 days. The defendant has appealed. We have examined the transcript of the record submitted to us and find no error. The judgment is therefore affirmed.

       Affirmed.
