ORDER
A petition for certification of the judgment in A-001678-16 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;
It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, and the matter is summarily remanded to the Superior Court, Appellate Division to reconsider in light of State v. G.E.P., 243 N.J. 362, 235 A.3d 157 (2020). In reconsidering the matter, the court should reevaluate the conclusion in footnote 2, concerning harmless error, which predates State v. G.E.P. Jurisdiction is not retained.
