Information charging the defendant with two counts of the crime of assault in the third degree, and with the crimes of unlawful restraint in the first degree and cruelty to persons, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London at Norwich and tried to the court, Schimelman, J.; judgment of guilty of two counts of assault in the third degree, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
