Summary
In State v. Van Camp, 6 Conn. Cir. 609, 281 A.2d 584 (1971), the Circuit Court of Connecticut, Appellate Division, upheld the conviction of the defendant for the crime of misuse of the flag in violation of Section 53 — 255 of the General Statutes where the defendant was arrested while walking along a city street, wearing the flag of the United States on the buttocks portion of his trousers.
