Upon consideration of Defendant-Appellant Edna Unciano's motion for reconsideration of dismissal of the appeal and motion for sixty-day extension of time to pay filing fee or for waiver of the filing fee, the papers in support, and the records and files herein,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is granted.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the filing fee is waived, and the clerk of the court shall file the record without prepayment of the filing fee.
