In Re: Jesse Turner, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 12-14-0670. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DRAKE, & CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The record of the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court's Office reveals the district court is proceeding toward disposition of relator's Motion for Speedy Trial and Motion for Discovery and Inspection. The record further reflects the trial court acted on relator's Motion for Bond Reduction; Motion for Release of Bond Obligation by Authority of La. C.Cr.P. Article 701 (B); Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus; and Motion to Quash on January 12, 2015.
