In Re: Corey Desmond Turner, Jr., applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 566989. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator did not meet his burden of proving that postconviction relief should be granted in this matter. See La. Code Crim. P. art. 930.2. Accordingly, the district court did not err by dismissing the application for postconviction relief.
