ORDER
This 9th day of June, 2015, upon consideration of defendant's Motion for Postconviction Relief filed on May 28, 2015;
The Court notes that Defense counsel is submitting arguments that were ruled upon by my Order dated April 20, 2015 in the matters of State v. George W. Anderson, et al. (I.D. No. 1209011176, et al.) and presently pending reargument.
The rehashing of these arguments is not helpful.
IT IS ORDERED that the motion for postconviction relief is summarily dismissed as procedurally barred by Superior Court Criminal Rule 61(i)(1).
Defense counsel is reminded for future filings that motions for postconviction relief are to be submitted in "summary form" in accordance with Superior Court Criminal Rule 61(b((2), State v. Hammons, 2004 WL 249574 (Del. Super.) (Returning a 125 page memorandum of law to movant with instructions to condense his arguments to no more than 35 pages). --------
