Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2, Webb County, Texas, Trial Court No. 2003-Crb-00961-L2, Honorable Jesus Garza, Judge Presiding. Dismissed for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Sitting: Alma L. LÓPEZ, Chief Justice, Catherine STONE, Justice, Paul W. GREEN, Justice.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

The clerk's record was filed in this appeal on March 9, 2004. Repeated attempts were made by our clerk's office to determine whether an order was signed that entitled the State to appeal. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 44.01. Because the record did not contain an appealable order, we ordered the State to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The State did not respond to our order. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
