STATE OF LOUISIANA v. ROY TRAHAN


In Re: Roy Trahan, applying for supervisory writs, 17th Judicial District Court, Parish of Lafourche, No. 511784. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. A defendant may file a motion to correct an illegal sentence at any time. See La. Code Crim. P. arts. 881.5 & 882(A). However, a defendant cannot seek review of a sentence imposed in conformity with a plea agreement which was set forth in the record at the time of the plea. See La. Code Crim. P. art. 881.2(A)(2).
