Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of possession of narcotics with intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent and possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1000 feet of a school, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the state nolled the charge of possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1000 feet of a school; thereafter, the defendant was presented to the court, Damiani, J., on a plea of nolo contendere on the charge of possession of narcotics with intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
