WRIT GRANTED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish reflects that the district court is proceeding toward disposition of relator's Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence, as it is set for hearing on August 17, 2015. The district court is instructed to provide this Court with a copy of its ruling by September 15, 2015.
