       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by three county attorney's informations with the crimes of breaking and entering three different buildings in violation of section 708.8, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty to each charge and was sentenced upon each to an indeterminate term not exceeding ten years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison, said sentences to run concurrently. Defendant's appeal from each judgment comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the three judgments are

       Affirmed.
