       PER CURIAM.

       The defendant was charged in the municipal court of the city of Des Moines, Iowa with the crime of assault and battery. Upon trial in that court he was found guilty and judgment and sentence was imposed. He has appealed. This appeal comes to this court on a clerk's transcript. We have examined the record as submitted and find no reversible error therein. The judgment of the municipal court as entered therein is affirmed.

       Affirmed.
