ORDER

PER CURIAM

We withdraw the memorandum opinion issued on September 13, 2022, and we vacate the court's judgment of the same date. The appeal is reinstated.

On August 25, 2022, the parties filed a "Joint Motion to Remand to the Trial Court in Light of Settlement." In the motion, the parties stated that they have reached an agreement that settles this appeal of the trial court's judgment in the underlying condemnation case. To effectuate the settlement, the parties requested that we set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the agreement. Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). We grant the motion.
