MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order signed September 29, 2021. On August 25, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal and set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). The appeal is reinstated, and the motion is granted.

We dismiss the appeal, set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits, and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement.
