STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Thaddeus Dylan USHER, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Clayton County, Margaret L. Lingreen, Judge. Thaddeus Usher appeals his conviction following a jury trial for manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), in violation of Iowa Code section 124.401(1)(c)(6) (2009).
