The state's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 183 Conn. App. 354, 193 A.3d 561 (2018), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly hold that the trial court erred in finding that the defendant had violated a condition of his probation by committing breach of the peace in the second degree at a preschool?"
