The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 158 Conn.App. 418, 119 A.3d 601 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:
“Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's decision denying the defendant's motion to dismiss pursuant to State v. Crawford, 202 Conn. 443, 450–51, 521 A.2d 1034 (1987)?”
